Embrayage, a newborn amongst the ever increasing number of gay and lesbian professional associations, aims to work for a more fair and tolerant world.
In order to do this, we have defined three key themes:

communciate and raise awareness amongst the employees of the group
Information, visability and presence - To
be the medium between the different members in the group
Meeting with the Workers council and other interested parties - To
give members of the group the chance to meet each other and exchange
ideas
Networking, monthly dinners, debates, meetings
